Serman Consulting was established by Nadene Serman as a result of a highly successful career in management consulting over many years.

Nadene has worked internationally for top-tier companies such as Andersen Consulting, Barclays Capital and CBA. She has managed multiple international strategic programs of work comprising key transformation initiatives within the Banking and Finance, Government, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, and Directory, Search & Advertising industries

In developing the Serman Consulting business model, Nadene augmented her Ironman triathlon and marathon successes with her consulting skills in order to create a client experience that is empowering. Serman Consulting is client focused and results driven, and truly collaborates with their clients to deliver real value where it counts.
